Refund Policy

The return policy is dictated by our suppliers.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, an email must be sent to us within 48 hours, with details & photographs so we can resolve the issue for you.

All claims must be made within 7 days of the receipt of goods.

We require that the item be returned in original condition with all packaging and receipts originally accompanying the product. Upon return, the merchandise will be inspected and we will then determine the next course of action.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We reserve the right to make changes to our policy without notice.

Refunds/Credits or exchanges are not available for custom/special orders and large assembled high gloss MDF items (such as tv units, buffet units, coffee tables and dining tables) due to the complexity of packaging and special fragile handling requirements. 

Art Returns Policy
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstance for Framed Art Prints, as they are all made to order. Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, we are happy to send over a replacement or store credit. We require documentation of the faulty goods before proceeding. Please note we will only accept documentation within 5 business days of receiving goods.
